Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time set aside for all client:

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee.

• Same-day cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the scheduled session fee.

 

Payment is due on the day of the missed appointment and must be received before scheduling future sessions. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

 

By scheduling an appointment with Healing from Within, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Your Pup, My Pup — Boarding Cancellation Policy

Effective October 27, 2026

 

Boarding is in my home and spots are limited, so each booking holds a place that cannot easily be filled at the last minute. This policy helps keep things fair for everyone — thank you for understanding.

 

The Deposit

A deposit equal to 1 night's boarding holds your dates. It is applied to your dog's stay. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.

 

If You Need to Cancel

• 7 or more days before check-in — Full refund, including your deposit.

• 72 hours to 7 days before check-in — Deposit is kept.

• Less than 72 hours before check-in — 50% of the total stay is due.

• Less than 24 hours / no-show — The full stay is due.

 

Holidays

For holiday stays, please give at least 14 days' notice to cancel. The deposit for holiday bookings is non-refundable.

 

How to Cancel

Please let Maggie know as soon as your plans change — the timing above is counted from when she is notified. Any amount due under this policy is based on the total for the stay you booked. This policy applies to new bookings made from October 27, 2026 forward.
