Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time set aside for all client:

​

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee.

• Same-day cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the scheduled session fee.

 

Payment is due on the day of the missed appointment and must be received before scheduling future sessions. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

 

By scheduling an appointment with Healing from Within, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
